Apparently, the sub-fictional spell Flipendo has a grassroots following. Enough where they would make a tading "battle game" card anyway.
Just so you know, the run of the mill Oculus Repairo spell does a minimum of 20 points damage to an opponent or Creature of your choice.

Finally, we understand the true power of the "Flipendo" spell. Popularized by the video game (not the books or the movies), "Flipendo" summons up magical power tantamount to a weak gust of wind. It's the spell to use when you need to momentarily blind your opponent by blowing their hair down in front of their eyes. Perhaps you need to dislodge the infantile petals from a dandelion?
